Praise God! What an amazing time it is to be alive in the land of the living!
I'm taking a moment to write a wonderful message of hope and inspiration for those who are ready to receive it. Amen!
Isn't it time to flip the switch on discouragement and overwhelm? I'm not sure what you're walking through today, but let me tell you how much God loves you. He brought you here to read my message.
I pray that you come to great faith and understanding of the miracle-working power of the love of Jesus. It doesn't matter who accepts you or not. All that matters today, tomorrow, and forever more is that God has always loved you and His love never changes regardless of how many transitions we make in our lives. We can depend on His unfailing love and come back to a heart of worship.
“God has always loved you and His love never changes”
Here lies everlasting Peace, Hope and Joy. I pray that you receive this incredible gift of joy and choose to love yourself and others the way that God loves you. There is nothing more perfect than His love that has the power to heal, transform, and shift your world in a split second. Its the kind of relentless love that we all need to recognize how special we really are in His eyes.
Come back to the unconditional love that was always yours.
RISE UP for 2022
JANUARY
5…4…3…2…1
Wow! We’ve stepped into the New Year of 2022, and I think the future looks great from where I'm standing. How about you?
I can see so much potential in my life and in the lives of those that I am connected with – those who are in my inner circle who stand in the realm of Love, Prosperity, Mutual Admiration, Respect, and Integrity. I’m thankful for what this year holds for me because “As for me and my house, we shall serve the Lord.” And you know, I can’t help but acknowledge that Jesus Christ is in the center of everything I do. I’m thankful for the shifts that have occurred in my life over the last two years in which the Lord had me release thousands of social media connections (actually just under 5000): well over 3000 in 2020 and then another 1000 or more last year.
What I found happening since the COVID-19 pandemic started is shifts in my personal growth and my spiritual growth. My faith walk was challenged to the core, as I believe many people have experienced over the last couple of years, but as I reflect on it, I’m thankful for what I’ve walked through because it showed me who I needed to be and that I had to make a choice – to remain stuck, stagnant, unproductive, unhappy, unsatisfied…or overcome it and recognize what God was showing me. He was talking to me about what He was identifying and helped me to understand. And in doing so, it was a season that the Holy Spirit revealed to me that LWL PUBLISHING HOUSE was always meant to be a faith-based company because of who I am in Christ. However, because I still wanted to be there for everyone, I had unfortunately opened up the door to many things that were not Christ-centered and we (my family, myself, and my company) went through a lot of spiritual warfare.
Even as I reflect back now, it was an experience I had to walk through to recognize again where God was calling me, where God was leading me, how He was guiding and directing me, how He was shaping me, how He was transforming me, how He was teaching me. And in this progression, I can reflect on the process of growth, transformation, pruning, releasing, and getting into a place where I needed to hear only the voice of God. By discerning and hearing His voice, it allowed me to see things in a different light and a different perspective. I appreciate that no matter what I face, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I can still rise up because even though weapons may form against me, they will never succeed according to His Word in Isaiah 54:17 (NKJV) “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn,” in the name of the Lord.
"God wants the best for me and surely He wants the best for you"
So as I understand who I am in Christ, His Word becomes more alive and more tangible to me. You know, God spoke to me about Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” This is such a powerful scripture for my life and I thank God for His Word because it is the true and living Word. It’s a word of inspiration. It’s a word of hope. It’s a word about refocusing to recognize who I really am, who I know I serve, and where my hope really should be focused on understanding. God wants the best for me and I'm telling you, beloved, that if God wants the best for me, surely He wants the best for you as well. After all, He sent His one and only son, Jesus Christ, to come to this earth to die, and then He was resurrected so that we can have salvation through the victory of Christ's death and resurrection.
We can stand on the promises of God. His Word is validated through and through. It’s the blood of Jesus that washes our sins away. It’s the blood of Jesus that sets us free from the sins of this world. It’s the blood of Jesus that puts our feet on high places. It’s the blood of Jesus that protects us, covers us, restores us, and sanctifies our lives. It’s the blood of Jesus that speaks for us. It’s the blood of Jesus that goes before us. It’s the blood of Jesus that conquers our enemies. It’s the blood of Jesus.
Ask yourself how you’re starting off 2022. How do you see the days, the weeks, and the months ahead? The entire year? It’s all about focus. And if you haven’t been focused as yet, let me help you. Once you step into the realm of the Spirit, recognize who you are in Christ. You will have all the answers you’re looking for in the Word of God. Seek first the Kingdom of God, and all these things will be added unto you.
Amen.

Have you ever experienced situations where you stop and think to yourself, "I’ve been so busy with life, that I completely forgot to check in on my 'real life' plans?”
Sometimes, life’s not always how you make it, but actually how you allowed it to become. Meaning, unfortunately, we may find ourselves disengaged with the formalities of ensuring what is suitable and beneficial to our highest good because we are having so much fun. Or maybe it’s because of how we allowed ourselves to be influenced by our peers. Don’t be hard on yourself if things seem to become a little frazzled and uncomfortable. Life’s a journey and half the fun is just going with the flow so we can find that ultimate satisfaction. I think it’s awesome when people do just that, and one day discover what’s really missing and reprocess their own lifestyle template. This is when the real fun of living without limitations sets into full gear, by choosing to focus on you. Once you’ve decided that it’s time to set boundaries and start managing the amount of stress that is acceptable in your life, you’re going to feel so much more vibrant, happier, and healthier.
"I encourage you today to seek what your soul longs for"
Although I agree it’s logically possible to control everything that happens to us in life, we can still get front row seating in what’s permitted and what’s becomes redirected emotionally. I believe this is the most empowering season in anyone’s life to bring healing, hope, and transformations. I encourage you today to seek what your soul longs for and find the bliss of fully living in your own zone of possibilities.
Believe more in yourself and allow what will bring you closer to your true North. This is where your greatest treasure lies, your unwavering belief in you, as you become your greatest superhero!
I wish you Joy, Love and Peace always.
CALM
2021
In reflection of “BellTalk,” I think about the individuals who are either sitting at home or are working and interacting with other people on a daily basis. I can’t help but feel that there’s more to this whole mental health movement that many individuals are not addressing or just completely oblivious to because everyone is busy and doesn’t understand the silence surrounding mental illness.
Here’s the thing. From my own personal experience, I went through an unbelievable amount of mental, verbal, emotional, and racial abuse at the hands of individuals whom I fully trusted and looked up to. It was a mind-bender of an ordeal especially since I was in an environment of higher learning and the intimidation tactics that were deployed were directed specifically to me without the awareness of my peers. The PTSD that followed was not a pretty experience either. Of course, I’ve also gone through emotional triggers on various occasions as a result of this horrible experience. So, trust me when I say that sometimes it takes a lot to release yourself from the damage that broken people cause, but the emotional freedom is well worth the long journey to recovery.
On a side note, can you imagine the spiritual poison that is actually dispersed from these negative, sick individuals and how it affects their mentality and actions to deliberately hurt others? I cannot comprehend the kind of Karma that’s waiting for people who do this without remorse or regret. I have never wished anyone bad, but when speaking to others about their unpleasant experiences, I’ve learned that for every action, there is an equal reaction that is waiting to be unleashed to those who least expect it. That’s why everyone should strive to live a life of integrity. Make your wrongs right as soon as possible and seek forgiveness from those you have hurt, intentionally or otherwise. This is the way to a peaceful lifestyle that attracts higher vibrational blessings to effortlessly come your way.
My counsellor at that time had an interesting perspective that was not in alignment with my personal values. The confusion this brought about how to proceed without the influence of these bad experiences took a lot of inner healing and forgiveness on my part.
Yes, I did file a Human Rights lawsuit. YES, I did win, but here’s the kicker: I could not gain any monetary compensation for the days, nights, months, and years of abuse because of a “clause” that prevented me from disclosing any details of my case or of the financial settlement if I accepted the compensation for the damages. No amount of money could ever cover the toll it took on my immediate family and myself. I thankfully survived the multiple times I contemplated suicide and the thoughts of ending it all by driving off any number of rocky ridges along the highway. I was driving literally without any sleep for days at a time due to the seemingly unending emotional and mental strain brought on by my abusers. Life became so stressful that I ended up either carpooling or paying to commute to my destination because I didn’t trust myself any longer, and the mental exhaustion of rewriting research papers for my portfolio was never-ending. This did not stop until it was discovered by one of my peers who was able to identify what I was living through for what it was: pure…living…hell. On the positive side, my rewritten research papers were nearly perfect, better than ever, and prepared me for my secondary career as an author and the Publisher of my own publishing company today. If you could have seen the comparison of my papers to my peers’ submissions, you would be just as confused at the unfair grading and blatant discrimination right there in bright red ink. It’s just amazing when I look back at the ordeal that I endured, and where I am today.
If you’re feeling burdened by something you’re not sure of that involves the way someone is treating you, please talk to someone else about it right away. Don’t be embarrassed. Don’t be afraid of what anyone else is thinking. Don’t discourage yourself from getting the attention and support you need. I had another separate experience where a student approached me to share her abusive situation and I didn’t know what to say to her. So, I directed her to the guidance office immediately. I only trust that she received the support she needed.
“You just need to be fearless and own your life once again.”
Maybe, you’ve reached out already to someone you trusted, only to be discouraged or felt like you were too much. Don’t let it go. Speak up and ask others if they’ve experienced similar feelings. We live in a world with so many hurting people. Not everyone talks about their “stuff” because they feel they’ve overcome it, but yet it shows up through their emotional triggers. Healing from past trauma is deep stuff and you need to get to the emotional roots. That’s where the real healing takes place. Remember, you are worth it no matter what anyone else thinks. That’s just their demons talking anyways. If they can’t see your pain, you don’t need that hurtful drama any longer. #Breathe. #Release. #Heal.
I want to say that you’re not alone in what you’re going through right now. You just need to be fearless and own your life once again. Once you connect to the right people who are ready to help, that’s where the magic happens, and you begin to solve the mystery of mental manipulation.
For those of you who have been blessed to never go through such horrible experiences as some of the people you’re connected with, take a moment and recognize how important people are in your life. We all need each other. You may have an offence against someone today but what would happen if they were the only one who could save your life? Everything changes when we look at our own mortality from a different perspective. Give it a try. Being a Registered Nurse has given me more insight into human psychology than my textbooks ever did.
I encourage you to start forgiving more with the intention to release all negative attachments. That stagnant energy is dangerously unhealthy. If you talk about love and empowerment, remember that it does not make a difference unless you’re living it towards “everyone.” If you’re going to church regularly, it does not make you a beautiful person, no matter how “fly” your outfit is. Living as Christ did – does. Observe people closely because they’re observing you.
I’ve noticed that when we start being super selective with who we feel is “our tribe,” we’re missing the whole point of things like BellTalk. You are only helping to create segregation all over again. This is a HUGE problem. Let’s not make the same mistakes and repeat history through different shoes. Just consider being love by being in love with life and all living things. Your well-being will dramatically improve, and you’ll start attracting so much more joy and healing in your life.
Today, I can honestly say I never knew that finding peace could be so priceless and life-changing. I didn’t receive any compensation following my Human Rights case because I chose…me. Interestingly enough, at that time I never knew that my voice mattered so much. I never understood that one day I would be making such a huge impact in so many lives around the world as an internationally published author in so many gorgeous books. Someone tried to steal my destiny, but they only empowered me even more. I’m not just a highly-skilled Registered Nurse, but I’m also a Certified Professional Coach and successful indie Publisher, a mom of two incredible boys, a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. Had I only looked at the money settlement through eyes of desperation, it may have shut down my creative voice and greatest potential. Plus, I would never have grown up to become the beautiful, successful, happy, healthy, and satisfied person that I am today. I am #Priceless and I am Abundantly #Blessed.
Thank you for reading my message. You are only who you choose to be. God is always close to the broken-hearted and only a whisper away. You are in my prayers.
I wish you Joy, Love and Peace always.
SERENITY
2021
Those who know me understand that it takes a lot to get me upset because I’ve learned how to manage my emotions in such a way that I process and release what does not bring me happiness.
I’ll be honest to admit that it was not easy, and it took a lot of internal work on my self-esteem and personal values. I used to allow people to throw their ugly, negative or narcissistic energy around all over the place because we “healers” and caring individuals were supposed to be passive and not responsive to the “icky” behaviours of others. We weren’t supposed to blame our choices or decisions on our upbringing at all, but instead reflected on where some messed up thought patterns of others may have sadly developed.
I’m also the type of person who looks at where attitudes and actions are derived from as well the triggers connected to them. I no longer allow low vibration manipulation to come into my life and the excuses that are usually associated with it. I believe that there should always be balance and respect. If you find yourself in awkward conversations, then there is an imbalance somewhere and you must determine why you are being seen differently than you perceive them.
I choose to understand the context of a situation going bad before getting upset. Assessment is my superpower as a nurse and Certified Professional Coach, so I investigate the source. There’s always a root cause that makes the effect.
I will also admit that my self-respect also kicks in and I talk myself out of heading down a path of no return. Many times, I will admit that when dealing with the everyday stresses of life, it can become overwhelming when faced with unexpected situations. This is the time I choose to release pent-up emotions quickly because, obviously, I did not process the day’s experiences with gratitude. Maybe life just got busy, and being a mom, wife, and business owner can become quite the balancing act to deal with at times.
“Find your anchor and hold on when life events try to break you down.”
Today, I took a moment and reflected on what peace meant to me and I kept hearing myself say, “It’s when nothing else matters around me. I’ve given it away, and troubles no longer come my way.” So, I’m asking you, how do you find serenity or peace in the hustle and bustle of your life? Take some time and allow yourself to be proud of being in control of your emotional intelligence. Don’t get caught up in other people’s dramas or traumas. Don’t let anyone else’s agendas throw you off your peaceful path. Find your anchor and hold on when life events try to break you down. You’re going to get through and you’re going to overcome. Let your faith kick into your highest power. You may be walking through a storm, but every storm has a rainbow at the end.
Another way of looking at it is that most people have mental frameworks that are set into perpetual motion and unfortunately it doesn’t always include being emotionally sensitive to read between the lines. Therefore, unless you are living with someone, you cannot perceive how they will behave or respond based on your lack of observations from their daily patterns and behaviours. Even then, it becomes difficult trying to understand someone who is not ready to be understood themselves. At this time, I encourage you to let your stress go. Meditate, pray, do something relaxing, use some essential oils, or take a nice, luscious nap.
However you choose to find your serenity, let it always be the energy that surrounds you peacefully.
I hope this message helps someone today. Always remember that you’re so precious. Don’t keep beating yourself up over a relationship that never existed, to begin with, or an experience that left you feeling emotionally violated. You deserve so much better than that.
I wish you Joy, Love and Peace always.
HEALING
2021
I think it’s time that we all stop believing it’s too late for us to become all that we were born to be.
Life constantly gives us choices to make and it’s up to us to walk it through not pointing fingers anymore at disappointments or even failures in life. Anything negative can become positive if the shift is focused with the right intentions.
The interesting thing is that many times we get ourselves into emotional traps that leave us feeling like we’ve completely missed the mark and that people are judging us a certain way. Then we follow the paradigm of misconstrued belief patterns with no hope in sight. Sadly, we will also attract individuals with these same false misconceptions in their lives and our influences of negative imprinting become even stronger.
“As we forgive, we heal.”
I’ve learned that the easiest way to release ourselves is to take deliberate action steps to change our internal programming and become open to a new identity as someone with unlimited potential. As we forgive, we heal and reprocess our emotions connected to past experiences in a different light. May your light always be filled with everlasting love and may your path be pleasant along the way.
I wish you Joy, Love and Peace always.
